Studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with den, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with den, 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom with den apartments.
Is Windsor Hills on the BT Bus Line?
Yes, Windsor Hills is on the Harding Avenue Bus Line at the top of the hill.
Can I bring my cat or dog?
YES! We actually encourage people to bring their dogs on tours of the property and we love our four legged residents! We have some pet restrictions and some pets will require a pet interview. Additional pet fees will apply.
Is there enough open space for my dog?
YES! We have 26 acres of property and a lot of open space. We even have a fenced in dog park on the property (the only one in Blacksburg)!
If I want to host parties every weekend, is this community for me?
NO! We are a quiet alternative to the typical Blacksburg community. Our residents appreciate their quiet neighbors and we work hard to keep our residents happy by attracting new residents who are looking for a quiet place to live.
